Do tokens expire? ▾
No. Tokens never expire. Once you earn or buy them, they stay in your account until you use them.
Can I use tokens without a Pro subscription? ▾
Yes. Free accounts receive 100 tokens on registration and can buy more at any time. Tokens work independently of your subscription plan.
What happens when a listing expires? ▾
Expired listings become inactive and are no longer visible in search results. You can extend them using tokens (10 🪙 for +5 days) from your listing page or profile.
What's the difference between Highlight and Feature Profile? ▾
Highlighting (20 🪙) pushes a specific listing to the top of the Offers or Requests page for 7 days. Featuring your profile (20 🪙) pushes your profile card to the top of the Browse page for 7 days.
Does the 5-listing limit include both offers and requests? ▾
Yes. Free accounts have a shared pool of 5 active listings across both Offers and Requests combined. Pro accounts get 20. You can always use tokens to get extra slots (10 🪙 each).
Can I cancel my Pro subscription? ▾
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
